Dr. Kate Oliver and her incredible team have provided care that goes far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a veterinary practice. From the very first visit, Dr. Oliver has been kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in my dog’s well-being. She doesn’t just treat patients—she builds relationships and truly partners with pet parents to ensure the best possible care. One of the things I admire most about Dr. Oliver is her dedication. If she doesn’t immediately have an answer, she researches extensively, consults resources, and helps connect clients with specialists when needed. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to finding solutions and ensuring every pet receives the highest level of care possible. When we first moved here from another state, she even took the time to speak with my previous veterinarian to better understand my dog’s medical history. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of veterinarian she is. My GS has some ongoing health challenges, and Dr. Oliver has been absolutely phenomenal in helping us navigate them. She is incredibly attentive, asks thoughtful questions, listens carefully, and takes the time to make sure nothing is overlooked. Whether it’s a routine wellness visit or a more complicated concern, I never feel rushed. Yes, there may occasionally be a wait, but that’s because she gives every patient and family the same time, attention, and care that she gives us—and I wouldn’t want it any other way. What makes Dr. Oliver especially unique is that she combines professionalism and expertise with warmth, humor, and genuine compassion. She has a way of making you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend or sister who cares about your fur baby as much as you do. My pup loves her, and that says everything! The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Kandice, Caitlynn, Melissa, Alyssa, Sami, Jordan, Chelsea, Jodi, Tani and everyone else I may have unintentionally missed are consistently friendly, welcoming, caring, and professional. BEST STAFF EVER!! Every interaction is met with kindness, patience, and respect. They work seamlessly together to create an environment where both pets and their owners feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. I would also like to recognize Dr. Donnielle Reynolds, who has been wonderful whenever we’ve seen her. She is incredibly warm, friendly, caring, and understanding, and she always takes the time to make both pets and their owners feel heard and supported. Although we don’t see her often, every experience we’ve had with her has been exceptional! She is highly knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding care. On more than one occasion, Dr. Reynolds has graciously fit us into her schedule when appointments were limited, and her willingness to help has meant so much to me. I have always appreciated the extra time and attention she gives my fur baby, never making us feel rushed and always ensuring our concerns are addressed. She is a tremendous veterinarian in her own right and an invaluable part of this practice. Knowing that Dr. Oliver and Dr. Reynolds work together gives me complete confidence that my GS is receiving care from two truly exceptional doctors who share the same commitment to excellence, compassion, and patient-centered care. My fur baby is every bit as important to me as my own children, and I trust this team completely. I would never hesitate to leave him in their care because I know he will be treated with the same love, respect, and attention that I would give him myself. Dr. Oliver, the other doctors, and staff are truly wonderful. Our recently adopted pup has some trauma from his past life, and Dr. Oliver is so gentle and patient with him. He’s a big dog and that can be intimidating to some medical staff, but she’s taken the time to really build trust with him and it has made such a difference in his ability to get medical care. She’s a special doctor who truly cares about her patients (and their overly-attentive human parents).
