Paul Giansiracusa was professional and thorough in his presentation of the plantation shutters. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained our options for this product and the process involved in ordering as well as the wait time. We were notified as soon as our blinds were ready and an installation date was set. Tom Connelly and Luke came out and had our plantation shutters installed in less than 2 hours.
